6) 180 Squat Jumps: This is a great exercise to strengthen your lower body, core and continue your cardio exercise.

7) Reverse Lunges: This is another lower body exercise which you could do for 30 to 60 seconds.

8) Plank Knee Tucks: This one is a cardio and core exercise. It’s a low-impact exercise which you can do for 50 to 60 seconds then switch to the next exercise directly. You can also modify this the way you want to make it more fun.
